Solid acidity provides balance for the fruit-forward flavours that linger on the palate.<\/p>\n<p><b>Burrowing Owl\u00a0Estate Winery 2025 Ros\u00e9 $32<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Wild strawberry, orange, rose petals and some herbal character. There is plenty of racy mineral, citrus and forward summer berry flavours. Clean, bright palate but slightly off-dry for balance. Mostly Cab Franc with a teeny splash of Malbec for colour.<\/p>\n<p><b>Castoro de Oro Estate Winery 2023 Pinot Noir $30<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Smoky black cherry, chocolate, vanilla, savoury notes with a touch of orange peel. Smooth and luscious on the palate with cocoa, raspberries, vanilla and some lifted citrus flavours. Mild tannins.<\/p>\n<p><b>Hillside Winery 2025 Unoaked Sauvignon Blanc $26<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aromas of passion fruit, gooseberry, lemon peel and grassy notes. Mouthwatering acidity with full-on fruit flavours, lots of length on the finish. Lots of complexity in the mouth but refreshing to drink and a must with oysters.<\/p>\n<p><b>Moon Curser Vineyards 2025 Viognier $26<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Peach, apricot, orange peel and floral bouquet with honey and candied ginger notes. Lots of zesty citrus, light ginger and apricot flavours. Fresh and bright.<\/p>\n<p><b>O&#8217;Rourke Family Estate 2020 Bench Collection Chardonnay $65<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Aromas of apricot preserves, pear, green apple skin, orange, golden apple, hazelnut, butter, brioche and floral notes. Apricot, orange peel, apple skin, toasted nuts, butter, lemon oil flavours. Well balanced on the palate with roundness and acidity and a clean, extended finish.<\/p>\n<p><b>Peak Cellars 2024 Collaboration Series Red $37<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Blackberries, black cherry, blueberry, violets, cocoa, tobacco leaf and gamey notes in the dense nose. Chewy black fruit and earthy flavours with hints of licorice and spice.<\/p>\n<p><b>Poplar Grove 2025 Ros\u00e9 $22<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The palest and prettiest rose colour with pink grapefruit, orange blossom, Bing cherry, wild strawberry and minty character. On the palate it has light lifted red fruit flavours, lots of citrus and a crisp, long, refreshing finish. The nose shows lifted aromas of raspberry, wild lilac, rosewater, strawberry and bright cherry.<\/p>\n<p><b>Upper Bench Estate Winery &amp; Creamery 2022 Merlot Cabernet Franc $26<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Coffee bean, ripe blackberry, blueberry, olive, leather, nuts and chocolate in this blend of 70 percent Merlot and 30 percent Cab Franc. Great wine at a\u00a0manageable price.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wesbert Winery 2023 Sparkling Gew\u00fcrztraminer Piquette $20<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Peach, apple, lychee, juicy pink grapefruit, orange blossoms and spice aromas jump out of the aromatic bouquet. Bright tropical fruit flavours with citrus zest on the finish.
